Will Obama legalize marijuana? That is a huge topic in many stoner circles these days. Many think he might bring the change he promised by doing so and other wouldn’t get their hopes up. I use to think he might, but after many hours of pondering my answer to this question is…No. Here are the top 5 reasons why he won’t.

Under the cover of darkness, a team of militarized SWAT agents enter a
family home and immediately engage in gunfire — killing one of two family
dogs (wounding the other), and likely inflicting lifelong trauma to the
family’s seven-year-old son. The end result of SWAT team’s action? Police
seized a small amount of marijuana (a few grams), and associated
paraphernalia (a grinder). The man in the video ultimately pled guilty to
misdemeanor drug charges and paid a $300 fine.
Columbia police officials are now reviewing the conduct in the video,
which has sparked local and national outrage. It should. In 2004, 60
percent of Columbia voters approved The Columbia Smart Sentencing
Initiative (Proposition 2), which amends the city criminal code to
depenalize the possession of marijuana and associated paraphernalia to a
fine-only offense. Nevertheless, police in Columbia are continuing to
terrorize families over an activity that its citizens have deemed to be a
minor offense punishable by a small fine.

Secret Toker -This can be a friend of your parents, a neighbor, your boss, or even your teacher. Someone who you would never have guessed smokes weed. Until one day you catch them slipping in the middle of a conversation or bump into them not smelling like they usually do. These people might not be so shy to reveal their love for weed since legalization has become such a hot topic and it’s obviously something they would support. But you would probably never know they were pot heads unless they told you.

- “The Grower” aka “Ganja Guru”
A pot head, a scientist and in many cases an entrepreneur all rolled in one. He always has weed because he’s where many go to get weed. They’re the reasons why the weed we smoke now is way danker than what your parents smoked.
They are the most important members of pot culture (maybe except for Hippies for starting it all). You have to be a pothead before you are a grower. Marijuana has to be a life style not just a hobby. Thank ‘em when you see ‘em.
